EVENING SOCIAL EVENTS:
Partners are welcome to come along! We would love to see you at the evening social events and dinners. If you wish to attend the welcoming barbeque and presentation dinner, you will need to pay $25 & $27.50 respectively by Feb 25th for catering purposes. Email Sonja

WORKSHOPS & DEBRIEF SESSIONS
Of course, this is an event for the girls, so workshops & debriefs are girls only.
ON THE HILL:
Because women are always in a tiny minority at flying sites in Australia, we hope that you will help enhance the unique vibe of WWW and take a back seat if you come up to the launch so that women – including your partner! - can make their own decisions in their own timeJ. There will be launch advice from mentors and instructors for inexperienced pilots who need extra assistance.
We would love to have your help with retrieve driving or ferrying up the hill for reflights, and several partners have already generously offered to do so. Please contact Helen if you have not yet done so and you are able to help.
FLYING PARTNERS:
Pilot partners who wish to fly must join the Northeast Victorian Hang Gliding Club http://www.nevhgc.net/ (click on “follow this link to join” and select Associate, which will give you 2 weeks membership). Please join well ahead of the event to prevent hiccups on launch. Safety Officers will be on site to check currency (your partners have already been checked and have paid at registration).
